Why We Need You

Our small but mighty 6-person engineering team is tackling big problems across wearables and lab testing. We're streaming data from 3M+ wearables, helping digital health companies deliver 4M+ lab tests, and aiming to go from 4M to 40M diagnostics in the next year.

What You'll Do

• Build customer-facing products: dashboards for wearables and lab testing
• Speak with customers to understand product usage
• Own full-stack features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Tackle ambitious problems new to healthcare
• Iterate quickly: ship, learn, refine

Requirements

• Startup engineering experience influencing what to build
• Track record of shipping full-stack features end-to-end
• Ability to turn unclear problems into a clear plan
• Comfortable across frontend and backend
• Strong product judgment
• Focus on how people actually use the product
• Fast iteration based on feedback and metrics
• Proactive about getting customer feedback

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: £90K - £130K + equity
