Part Time Care Assistant (Devizes)

This role involves providing outstanding person-centred care to adults in their own homes, supporting them with daily living activities, medication, companionship, and more. We offer full training, competitive pay, and a supportive culture.
About the Role
- Assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and bathing
- Supporting with medication prompts and administration
- Offering companionship—sharing conversation, hobbies, and daily routines
- Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
- Carrying out light housekeeping and home safety checks
- Assisting with mobility, including helping clients in and out of bed
- Supporting clients to attend appointments or social outings
What We Offer You
- Competitive Pay: From £14.50/hour weekdays, £15.75/hour weekends
- Bank Holiday Enhancements: 1.5x standard pay rate

Training & Development
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we provide comprehensive training including three days of in-person classroom training (medication, basic life support, manual handling, and more), supervised shadowing shifts, an e-learning platform covering core care topics, and fully funded NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care after 12 months.

- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Availability to work alternate weekends

- No previous care experience required – full training provided
