About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be working with clients across your local community, providing a wide range of support, which may include:
- Assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and bathing
- Supporting with medication prompts and administration
- Offering companionship—sharing conversation, hobbies, and daily routines
- Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
- Carrying out light housekeeping and home safety checks
- Assisting with mobility, including helping clients in and out of bed
- Supporting clients to attend appointments or social outings

- Competitive Pay: From £14.50/hour weekdays, and £15.75/hour weekends

Training & Development
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we’re proud to provide training that goes far beyond the basics. Your journey begins with a comprehensive three-day, in-person classroom-based induction including medication training, basic life support, manual handling, and key care skills. Following that, you’ll complete supervised shadowing visits. You’ll also be enrolled on our e-learning platform covering dementia awareness, fire safety, health and safety, infection prevention, safeguarding, food hygiene, and mental capacity. After 12 months, we offer fully funded NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
