Vehicle Prepper
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Prepper for its Coalville refurbishment centre. Permanent role, on-site 5 days per week, 45 hours/week, salary up to £37,000.
About The Role
Prepare panels ready for primer and paint, mask and sheet vehicles to a high standard, carry out panel preparation and minor repairs, apply primer and support the paint process, deliver right-first-time prep work to reconditioning standards.
Package
- Up to £37,000 basic salary
- Bonus up to 15%
- 15% pension contribution
- 45 hours per week, 9-hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:00

- Panel / vehicle preparation experience
- Masking and sheeting experience
- Primer experience
- Accident repair experience
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
