Contract: Zero Hour Contract
Salary: £13.60 per hour

Job Description

We’re currently looking to recruit a Receptionist, who will provide a first class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all. You will answer the telephones, and redirect calls efficiently, and be the first point of contact for any issues reported. We’re looking for someone who will have excellent communication with the ability to ensure that all duties are processed in a professional and efficient manner.

In this role you will manage and support the reception area, dealing with high volumes of in-coming and out-going post including the provision of additional post services, such as booking couriers. You will be responsible for the management and booking of meeting rooms and conference calls, as well as ordering stationery and office supplies. You will be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.
