Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor – HVAC Bias to look after the day-to-day maintenance of our site, support the onsite development of engineers and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement embeds throughout the team.

As our Technical Services Supervisor you will also conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, oversee the reporting in line with KPI’s, conduct toolbox talks, and assist in the management of sub-contractors.

Location – Reading, RG2 6GP
Hours – Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Recognised engineering qualification – preferably HVAC
  • IOSH managing safely or equivalent
  • Experience within a supervisory maintenance role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Customer and delivery focussed
  • Strong SHE knowledge
  • Can do attitude and gets the job done
