Facilities Manager

This role oversees hard and soft services, building maintenance, and leads a team of 8. Location: St Neots, PE19 8EU (mobile across sites). Salary: £42,500 pa with benefits.

About the Role

We’re currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to deliver TFM services within a corporate/office environment. This will include H&S, compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and process. In this role, you will oversee hard and soft services, building/estate maintenance and service charges where you will effectively lead a team of 8 to ensure our client receives a seamless and professional service. In addition, you will ensure exemplary standards of customer service delivery. You will lead by example and ensure that team building, staff morale and fostering great relationships are at the forefront of everything you do.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Sound understanding of hard services
  • Electrical qualification (desirable)
  • Excellent people management skills
  • A sound understanding of safety, health and environment
  • Highly organised and able to deliver in a high pressure environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover all sites in the region

Please note you will be required to undertake non-frontline security vetting for this role.
