Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to provide a first class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all. You will answer the telephones, and redirect calls efficiently, and be the first point of contact for any issues reported. In this role you will manage and support the reception area, dealing with high volumes of in-coming and out-going post including the provision of additional post services, such as booking couriers. You will be responsible for the management and booking of meeting rooms and conference calls, as well as ordering stationery and office supplies. You will be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first class front-of-house service
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, including courier bookings
  • Manage and book meeting rooms and conference calls
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Support the manager, team, and client with various tasks
