Front of House Security Officer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Front of House Security Officer to ensure exemplary standards of customer service, safety and security at a site in Preston. This is a full-time, on-site role offering £14.50 per hour with benefits.
Job Details
- Location: Preston, PR1 8AF
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm
- Salary: £14.50 per hour

About the Role
As the public face of the site, you will act with professionalism at all times. You will interact with visitors/tenants, deliver first-class service, carry out regular patrols, manage incidents, maintain radio systems, and liaise with the management team. Additionally, you will perform minor PPMs including fire alarm testing and L8 temperature checks, and report building faults.
Requirements
- SIA frontline guarding licence
- CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
- Previous experience managing multiple site visitors, particularly contractors
- Vigilance with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience of working as part of a team in a multi-site FM environment
