Full-time, Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 | Free parking, discounts, cycle scheme
About the Role
We’re currently looking to recruit a Billing Administrator, who will be responsible for billings and control of the sales ledger. Working closely with operations and the credit control teams; you will raise invoices for goods / services supplied to customers, carry out monthly billing procedures and compile the complete overview of all billing. In this role you will pro-actively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Experience in managing the billings process
- Ability and experience in system with mainstream accounting systems
- Ability and experience at intermediate level for Excel skills to perform reconciliations
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- VAT knowledge would be desirable
- Ability to demonstrate excellent level of English spelling and grammar
- SSC and SAP experience would be desirable
