Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a UK provider of integrated facilities management. We employ over 1500 talented people across 520 UK operational sites. We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to ensure excellent cleaning standards are achieved at all sites within this remit. You will complete regular site visits and audits, act as line management for cleaning operatives, and maintain good working relationships with the team and Regional Facilities Managers.

You will support budgets, reporting, staff rotas, and recruitment. You will be the focal point for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules. Willingness to pitch in with various tasks and ensure all Health and Safety requirements are followed, including accident reporting, toolbox talks, and maintenance of statutory records.

Requirements

• Full, Clean Driving Licence
• Qualification in IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
• Previous experience of working within the cleaning services environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• People management ability
• Computer literate
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc
