Front of House

Job Description

We’re currently looking to recruit a Front of House, who will provide a first class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all. You will answer the telephones, and redirect calls efficiently, and be the first point of contact for any issues reported. We’re looking for someone who will have excellent communication with the ability to ensure that all duties are processed in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the reception area
  • Deal with high volumes of in-coming and out-going post, including booking couriers
  • Manage and book meeting rooms and conference calls
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Support manager, team, and client with various tasks

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a similar front of house role
  • Outstanding customer service delivery skills
  • Great time keeping
  • Well presented
  • Able to make decisions to solve problems
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
