Senior Account Executive

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Senior Account Executive for their London office (hybrid). This role involves supporting healthcare communications programs, client meetings, briefs, and event implementation.

Role Overview

We are looking for an adaptable and hardworking Senior Account Executive (SAE) who will work under the close supervision of senior colleagues to support the delivery of healthcare communications programs. As an SAE, you will be working on fast-paced, science-driven accounts with a collaborative team. You will be able to demonstrate sound consultancy skills and have the ability to manage competing priorities, whilst contributing to internal projects.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in client meetings/teleconferences and preparing accurate post-call minutes
  • Attending to clients’ needs and flexing to different communication and working styles
  • Drafting and refining simple project briefs with senior support
  • Supporting tactical implementation of events (face-to-face, virtual, hybrid) and compliance
  • Contributing to internal briefings to ensure work exceeds client expectations
  • Tracking and reporting on project progress to the account lead
  • Highlighting potential capacity needs to senior team members

Candidate Requirements

  • Relevant account handling experience in a healthcare consultancy
  • Team-focused mindset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic presentation skills
  • Good understanding of science; degree level minimum (life science advantage)
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and compliance with GDPR, EFPIA, ABPI
