This is a female-only role under the Equality Act 2010. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates on Graduate or Tier 2 visas. Salary: £12.82 per hour. Permanent, full-time position. About the Role

We are currently recruiting Female Home Care Workers to support clients across the Sefton area. This is a female-only role, lawful under the Equality Act 2010 due to personal care duties. Applicants must live in or be able to reliably travel within the Sefton area and hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle. Sponsorship available: We are able to offer visa sponsorship to candidates currently residing in the UK on a Graduate Visa and/or Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa, subject to eligibility and Home Office requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
  • Support daily living tasks (meal prep, medication reminders, housekeeping)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct wellbeing checks
  • Follow care plans and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with your team

What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (with business insurance)
  • Ability to work across the Sefton area
