Group Reservations and Executive Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven person to join as Group Reservations & Executive Assistant. This hybrid role blends guest-facing bookings with operational support. Must have hospitality experience and SevenRooms knowledge. Responsibilities include managing group bookings, private dining, venue hires, coordinating meetings, and supporting compliance. Salary

£38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Own all group bookings, private dining, and venue hires across sites
  • Use SevenRooms to manage, analyse, and optimise reservations
  • Liaise with chefs, managers, and guests
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings across Ops, HR, Marketing, GMs
  • Keep internal systems and compliance up to date
