Assistant General Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant general manager to join the team at The Pigs Ear pub in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have a fun, friendly personality, a 'yes can do' attitude, and at least 1 year experience in a similar top-end establishment. WSET level 2 required.
