Art Director / Senior Designer

Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Designer / Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic vision, leadership skills, and hands-on design expertise to drive the creative direction of both our client work and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] projects. At least 5-6 years of experience in a creative agency or studio, expert understanding of branding, websites, and video production processes – leading the design team, managing projects from concept to execution, collaborating closely with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or production house.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, motion, layout design/presentations, website experiences, and social media content.
  • Exceptional creative flair with strong understanding of typography, illustrations, motion graphics/animation and production work.
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma), with experience in one or more of: After Effects, Premiere Pro or Cinema 4D.
  • Great attention to detail and strong conceptual ability.
  • Self-starter, well-organised, with a positive attitude.
  • Oversee entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in branding, logo design, presentation decks, social media content essential.
  • Experience in Google Slides, Wix/WordPress, animation, and other creative outlets is a plus.
