Creative Producer

Location: Remote (with optional studio space in North London or Prishtina) | Type: Full-time | Experience: Mid-Senior level (3-5 years)

Your Role as a Creative Producer

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in an animation studio or creative agency, and an expert understanding of production processes. You will develop bespoke creative media content in direct collaboration with clients and partners, overseeing projects from animated ads to documentaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams and keep them informed with relevant material and support
  • Develop creative concepts and oversee implementation based on client requirements
  • Ensure all objectives & deliverables are met within agreed timeline
  • Develop project plans and oversee progress against scope of work, including tracking team flows, client feedback, and monitoring project budgets
  • Serve as main contact between team and client
  • Analyze and implement video and motion design trends
  • Incorporate brand imagery and follow brand guidelines
  • Create campaigns designed to meet company targets
