Project Coordinator (CAD & Projects)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced office environment in a role that plays a key part in delivering projects from enquiry through to installation.

This position would suit a recent graduate with CAD experience or an individual with a strong technical mindset looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing and amending 2D CAD drawings for commercial ventilation and HVAC projects
  • Preparing detailed quotations and costings based on client specifications
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates
  • Coordinating project enquiries and maintaining accurate records for installation teams
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Candidate Requirements

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not essential
