Warehouse/FLT Operator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is recruiting for a client based in Aycliffe for an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative. Salary: £12.80 per hour. Full-time, on-site.
Purpose of Role
Our client based in Aycliffe is looking to recruit an experienced FLT/ Warehouse Operative to work in a large manufacturing business. The role will provide support to production and dispatch areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking delivery of goods and supplies
- Checking for missed / damaged items
- Storing goods
- Moving stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a FLT
- Locating orders and organizing into shipments
- Loading goods for dispatch
- Keeping records of stock
- Keeping paperwork up to date
- Cleaning work areas
- Booking in/dispatching goods
- Booking transport
- Driving Co van between Sites
- Use of handheld scanner
- Use of SAP system
Requirements
- An in date Counter Balance FLT License
- Have a positive attitude to work
- Full English Driving License
- Experience using SAP would be preferred.
- Be able to work Mon – Fri 8am-4pm.
