The Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], one of the UK's leading farm management companies, is seeking a motivated Arable Operative to join our West Norfolk operation on a permanent basis. This is a rare chance to build a rewarding long-term career in arable farming.
Key Responsibilities
- Drilling
- Fertiliser application
- Cultivations including ploughing using a Case Rowtrac
- Relief spraying
- Out loading grain
- Machinery maintenance
Key Attributes
- Familiarity with GPS technology and a Telehandler ticket with PA1 & PA2 certificates would be advantageous, though full training is available for the right candidate.
