Deputy Manager

The Role – Deputy Manager
- Support the Store Manager day-to-day and take full responsibility in their absence
- Lead by example creating an excellent culture and working environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong pet and product knowledge
- Deliver highest standards of pet care and promote responsible pet ownership
The Skills
- Passion for pets and people
- Previous retail management experience
- Team player with effective communication
- Proven track record in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs
- Commercially aware with proactive planning and organisation skills
- Own transport with UK driving licence
- Full time, permanent – 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
