The Role – Photographer & Videographer

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a mix of office, on-location and home working (ideal for editing days). You'll work across our creative studio in Middlewich, photography studio in Chester, Mock Shop at our support office in Essex and our 120-store network, including new store openings.

What you'll do:

  • Create and deliver high-quality photography and video content
  • Plan and schedule shoots supporting campaigns and promotions
  • Art-direct shoots to ensure consistent quality and brand standards
  • Lead product photography for web, PR and omnichannel use
  • Capture store openings, refits and events across the UK
  • Keep store and internal imagery up to date (web, GMB and more)
  • Edit content to a high professional standard
  • Build and maintain the image and video library
  • Support content needs for conferences, training and internal events
  • Brief and manage freelance support when needed
  • Bring fresh creative ideas to evolve our content strategy

About you

  • Proven experience, ideally in retail or similar fast-paced FMCG industries
  • Confidence and patience working with pets and people on shoots
  • Strong photography and video production & editing skills
  • Experience with Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity, creativity and a desire to keep improving
  • An energetic, collaborative mindset

  • UK driving licence and own transport required
