  • Range & Category Growth: Own development of a stronger range across categories. Set range architecture and gap-closure plans. Work with partners to develop differentiated experiences. Own digital voucher and multi-choice decision voucher strategy.
  • New Partner Pipeline: Lead new partner pipeline across priority categories. Define target lists, segmentation rules, conversion expectations. Oversee conversion through to contract signing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary partnerships team. Set clear priorities and a high-performance culture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Trade, Marketing, Product & Tech, Onboarding, Finance, Customer and Operations. Influence product and tooling improvements.
