Job Purpose

Are you a practical, hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, compliant and well maintained? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Officer to help ensure our sites remain welcoming, functional and safe for everyone who uses them. This varied role combines day-to-day reactive repairs with planned maintenance, safety checks and contractor coordination, offering the opportunity to make a visible, positive impact through your skills every single day.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Relevant trade qualifications or experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field

  • A proactive approach to site maintenance and compliance
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
