Salary: £41,000 per annum

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of building construction projects, from planning and tendering to execution and final delivery. This role involves day-to-day management of contractors, cost control, program scheduling, and ensuring works are carried out in line with specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The Project Manager will liaise closely with consultants, architects, suppliers and site teams to coordinate construction activities and maintain compliance with relevant technical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field
  • At least five years’ experience in managing or supervising construction projects
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, construction contracts (such as FIDIC or equivalent), and relevant project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Lead problem-solving on technical and operational issues
  • Communicate clearly in English with diverse project teams
