Partner Implementation Manager

This full-time role is based in New York, San Francisco, Munich, or London.

The Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s partner network is a critical lever for global growth — but a partner-led implementation is only as good as the expertise behind it. As a Partner Delivery Manager, you are the person who ensures that every implementation delivered through a certified partner meets the same standard of scientific rigor, data quality, and customer outcome that [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s internal team is known for. This role is closely related to our Scientific Implementation Manager function, with an added dimension: you're not just running implementations yourself — you're raising the capability of an entire partner ecosystem to do so.
What You'll Do
- Oversee Partner-Led Implementations: Own quality assurance, maintain implementation health, drive resolution.
- Serve as Expert Resource for Partners: Act as primary escalation point, guide partners through challenges.
- Design and Configure Complex Scientific Workflows: Lead implementations for strategic accounts.
- Build Partner Training and Enablement: Design curriculum, certification, and reference materials.
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Voice partner ecosystem internally, collaborate with product and engineering.
Requirements
- Scientific depth in chemistry, materials science, biology, chemical engineering, or related field.
- Platform and configuration expertise with real-world data environments.
- Software fluency with ELNs, LIMS, or similar tools.
- Communication and teaching ability.
- Project and stakeholder management skills.
- Autonomy and ability to build programs from scratch.
Compensation
London: £70K – £85K with equity and bonus. Other locations as specified.
