About the role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Senior UI/UX Frontend Developer — a designer-turned-developer who leverages AI tools as a force multiplier. This role requires someone who can take strategic direction, rapidly explore multiple design directions using AI, and independently deliver production-ready interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-accelerated design & implementation — Design and build exceptional interfaces using Figma, AI design tools (v0.dev, same.new, Hero UI Chat, Bolt, Lovable), and AI code assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Production-ready frontend development — Develop and ship code using Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with meticulous attention to detail.
• Scalable component architecture — Build and maintain structured design systems (HeroUI, shadcn/ui) ensuring consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Prompt engineering for design & code — Write effective prompts for design and code generation tools.
• Autonomous interface delivery — Translate strategic requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• AI workflow optimization — Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into your workflow.

Qualifications

• Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise.
• AI-native workflow using AI design and code generation tools daily.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Critical AI output evaluation ability.
• Autonomous execution with exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian language.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries at scale.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing and visual regression workflows.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
