Customer Relationship Manager

The role involves acting as the strategic interface for major clients, driving contract performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class service. The Opportunity
- Be the face of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Commercial for customers – Work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver excellence across large, complex, and high-expectation fleets of commercial vehicles.
- Make a real impact – Use industry knowledge and commercial expertise to enhance service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Strategic Account Director, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Network teams to deliver seamless support and continuous improvement.
- Shape the future – Play a lead role in account strategy, innovation, and long-term planning – including tenders, compliance, and operational scaling to support seasonal peaks.
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in fleet or commercial vehicle management with strong knowledge of commercial vehicles
- Commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, contract oversight, and strategic account development
- Natural relationship builder with proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills at a senior level
- Confident with data-driven decision making, KPI reporting, and operational planning
- Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused with high levels of energy and ownership
- Experience working in or with fast-paced, high-performance cultures
