The Opportunity

  • Be the face of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Commercial for customers – Work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver excellence across large, complex, and high-expectation fleets of commercial vehicles.
  • Make a real impact – Use industry knowledge and commercial expertise to enhance service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Strategic Account Director, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Network teams to deliver seamless support and continuous improvement.
  • Shape the future – Play a lead role in account strategy, innovation, and long-term planning – including tenders, compliance, and operational scaling to support seasonal peaks.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in fleet or commercial vehicle management with strong knowledge of commercial vehicles
  • Commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, contract oversight, and strategic account development
  • Natural relationship builder with proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills at a senior level
  • Confident with data-driven decision making, KPI reporting, and operational planning
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused with high levels of energy and ownership
  • Experience working in or with fast-paced, high-performance cultures
