Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a leading provider of fitout, refurbishment, retrofit and construction services in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the role will offer training, mentoring and career development opportunities. This role is based at our Bristol Office, and hybrid working is available 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, pricing and submitting tenders to a high quality
• Full analytical estimating knowledge
• Preparation of contract preliminaries
• Managing multiple tenders and tight deadlines
• Liaising with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers and subcontractors

Personal Attributes

The successful candidate must have proven success within a similar role, good communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
