About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd, a leading education service provider, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home as well as on-site at our London headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a high-caliber workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and uphold our high standards for workplace culture.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience as a HR Manager, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computing skills, including experience with HRIS and HRMS.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Able to manage time and workload effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per year.
