Positive Behaviour Support Worker REALISE – Chard

Join our Realise Team (part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group) in Chard and surrounding areas. Our tailored service provides support to people within their own homes, out and about, with personal care, hobbies, or companionship.
Role Requirements
- A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Knowledge of the Chard area and able to commute to Chard from your home location.
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship).
- Available to work alternate weekends.
- Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, person-centred care tailored to the needs of each individual.
- Work from care plans, supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, emotional support, social interactions, or accompanying those we support to appointments.
