Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with well-known brands, lead high-impact campaigns, and play a key role in shaping standout social strategies.

In this role, you'll need strong social platform expertise, strategic campaign planning skills, analytics experience, client leadership, team/resource management, multitasking abilities, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead client social strategies across organic, paid, content, and influencer activity.
  • Manage key client relationships, reporting, performance insights, and expectations.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, content calendars, community management, and compliance.
  • Own analytics, testing, optimisation, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage budgets, scopes of work, vendors, and team resourcing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop social specialists.
  • Support pitches, proposals, case studies, and client growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership, training, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years' experience in social strategy/management within an agency environment.
  • Proven campaign track record with recognisable brands.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills.
  • Excellent client management and communication expertise.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Creative eye for standout, engaging social content.
