About the Internship

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are offering structured 3-month internships on an ongoing basis, with 2 x internship positions being offered every quarter (8 x 3-month internships per year), so apply any time. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our camera floor on a 3-month internship programme with the opportunity to assist on shoots, learn to use the latest equipment and get some practical work experience.

A great work ethic and sense of humour is essential along with a pleasant personality and a willingness to work hard and get on in a team. You will work on the camera floor receiving experience of all of the new equipment and will receive support and training on the job, as well as have the opportunity of attending [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] training courses.

We were asked recently whether there was an opportunity to join the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] team after completing a 3-month internship and the truth to this is absolutely. At the end of 2018, about 1/4 of the company and specifically, over half of the camera floor all started off as interns. Your best approach is to consider an internship as a 12 week job interview and take an active approach to learning, taking advantage of all of the kit that [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] rents out to familiarise yourself with it – there are few places where you can access, Alexas and Venice Cameras, as well as Phantom super slow motion cameras, gimbals and DSLR equipment and FS7s all under one roof.

There are no promises made though but should an opportunity present itself for a job opening at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and you have impressed us during your internship period, then there is a real possibility that you will be considered and certainly much more likelihood than if we don’t know you at all!
