Support Worker

Your Role

As a Support Worker with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you'll use your intuition and empathy to help our residents get the most out of life. You'll work as part of a team to support residents with complex needs, making a big difference to their lives and ensuring they are always treated with dignity and respect.

Salary and Hours

  • Salary: £13.45 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience
  • Hours: 37.37 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents to flourish
  • Providing personalised care, guidance, and advocacy
  • Assisting with personal care, managing finances, shopping, preparing meals, domestic duties
  • Scheduling and attending appointments, meeting friends or family
  • Providing social and emotional support
  • Supporting residents to live as independently as possible

Requirements

  • Strong passion for helping individuals live their best lives

  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (desirable)
