As a Senior Care Assistant with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you will have a vital role

• Collaborating with the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to consider, plan, implement, and evaluate the comprehensive care needs of each individual using our service.
• Cultivate and encourage a positive work environment and practices that are safe and meet all relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
• Utilise an all-inclusive approach to achieve outcomes in cooperation with all departments within our care service.

What we're looking for

• You'll be registered as a supervisor with the Scottish Social Services Council, within the necessary time frame.
• You'll be on a journey to obtain the qualifications needed for SSSC registration.
• Holding an SVQ level 3 or higher, or its equivalent, in Social Services & Healthcare is a desirable trait.
• You'll have a PDA or an equivalent in Supervision.
• You'll successfully graduate from the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Upskills Academy Senior Care Worker Programme.

Pay Rate

£13.53 - £14.50 + Competitive benefits + overtime rates
