UK Business Development Representative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help expand access to our industry-leading respiratory diagnostic solutions. Alongside a competitive base salary, this role includes commission opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Secure qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Respond quickly to marketing-generated leads and campaign enquiries
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in the CRM system
  • Develop strong knowledge of products, customers, and market trends
  • Track activity metrics including calls, emails, meetings booked, and opportunities created
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with prospects across industries and seniority levels
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach such as cold calling and social selling
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A resilient, proactive mindset
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales or a related role (medical technology, healthcare, or software preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
