Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is a global B2B renewable energy aggregator, trader and supplier. The Strategy & Business Development Group is expanding and seeks an M&A Manager to drive acquisitions in Europe and North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end M&A execution, including due diligence, valuation modelling, and business case development
  • Post-merger integration awareness
  • Delivering multiple complex cross-border transactions
  • Collaborating with SMEs and navigating governance frameworks

Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualified experience in M&A as a Manager or equivalent
  • Advanced financial modelling including 3-way modelling, IFRS 9, PPA
  • ACA/CA/CFA preferred
  • Experience in energy or commodity trading environments
