Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant for the West Leeds Neighbourhood Teams. This role involves providing clinical care in patients' homes, supporting early discharge from hospital and reducing avoidable admissions. Full-time permanent position, 37.5 hours/week, with various shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. Salary: £25,760 - £27,476 per annum. Closing date: 28 May 2026.
About the Role
Our community nursing teams deliver planned care in patients’ homes, helping people to remain independent and supported within their local communities. We provide a wide range of clinical interventions, including (but not limited to):
- Safe administration of medication
- General wound care
- Leg dressings
- Bowel care
- Personal cares
- Self-Management Support
Through our work, we enable early discharge from hospital, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and promote patient independence and wellbeing at home. Key Requirements
- You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT Skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle is essential.
- We DO NOT provide Sponsorship for Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant Roles.
- This role is full time permanent for 37.5 hours.
