Senior Sexual Health Nurse

About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a busy and dynamic service offering STI testing & treatment, contraception advice & provision, pregnancy testing, care after sexual assault, vaccinations, and care to vulnerable groups. The post holder will provide high standards of clinical nursing expertise across Leeds, covering clinics at Beeston Hill, Armley, Chapeltown, City Centre, Seacroft, and outreach sites.
Key responsibilities include: supporting junior staff, acting as nurse co-ordinator, triaging emergency care, and providing counselling to patients diagnosed with STIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- DFSRH diploma
- STIF intermediate
- LoC SDI implant removal, fits, refits
- Non-medical prescribing
- Microscopy skills
- Candidates not meeting all essentials may be considered at Band 5 with a development pathway to Band 6.
