Assistant Facilities Manager

The Vacancy

Working closely with the Cluster Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for building fabric, hard and soft services, site security, and health & safety at Kennington Park, Vox Studios, China Works, and Edinburgh House. What we need from you
- Relevant previous job experience
- IOSH Qualification
- NEBOSH, BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification would be desirable
- Proficient in IT literacy
- Excellent Organisation & Time Management
- Superb People Skills
