Assistant Facilities Manager

The Vacancy

Working closely with the Cluster Facilities Manager, you will be driven to achieve and maintain high standards of Facilities Management and Customer Care at the following centres: Kennington Park, Vox Studios, China Works and Edinburgh House. You’ll be looking after the building fabric, associated hard and soft services, site security and health & safety. With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.

What we need from you

  • Relevant previous job experience
  • IOSH Qualification
  • NEBOSH, BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification would be desirable
  • Proficient in IT literacy
  • Excellent Organisation & Time Management
  • Superb People Skills
  • Energy & Passion
