Salary: £28,884 - £31,698 FTE per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours/week)

About the role

This role is part of the Supportive Steps service in Northamptonshire, offering universal parenting support and targeted interventions for families with mild-moderate mental health issues and parent-infant relationship difficulties. The service provides early parenting support, evidence-based parenting programmes, antenatal groups, targeted interventions, and peer support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager with planning, day-to-day management, and service delivery, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Raise the profile of the service and establish a rolling programme of service delivery in communities.
  • Build networks and collaborative partnerships with statutory and voluntary mental health services, attend meetings and events.

Main Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working with pregnant and new parents with mild-moderate mental health issues or in an Early Years setting.
  • Experience managing a service, including staff management.
  • Knowledge of child and adult safeguarding protocols and risk assessment.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
