Family Time Supervisor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Family Time Supervisor in Hertfordshire. This is a permanent, part-time role (up to 34 hours per week) with a salary of £24,449 FTE per annum (pro-rata £22,466). The closing date is 8 May 2026.
About the Role
ID: 1745 Family Time Supervisor – Hertfordshire Children’s Contact Service. At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we support people through change, challenge or crisis. You will work closely with the Team Manager and Hertfordshire Children’s Services to provide safe, happy and positive supervised family time sessions.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of safe and effective supervised Family Time sessions.
- Promote and maintain Family Time arrangements agreed between parties.
- Understand and comply with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and Hertfordshire’s safeguarding procedures.
- Assess parenting quality during sessions and complete detailed reports for court.
- Ensure sessions are positive for children and young people.
- Recognise risks and intervene to safeguard children.
- Keep records using [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] systems.
- Travel to other areas when required.
- Contribute to data collection and reporting.
- Participate in supervision and training.
- Implement Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety policies.
- Work flexibly including Saturdays.
