Performance Marketing Manager - Campaigns

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager - Campaigns to own end-to-end campaign performance across key verticals and regions. This fully remote role involves hands-on execution of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, structured testing, cross-functional collaboration, and optimization toward commercial outcomes.

About the Role

  • At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], performance marketing is not just about running channels — it’s about owning campaigns that drive measurable commercial impact.
  • We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager - Campaigns, who will own the end-to-end performance of paid campaigns across our key verticals and regions.
  • This role works cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Data to translate positioning into clear campaign objectives aligned with pipeline growth, validate them through structured experimentation, and optimize toward measurable opportunity impact.
  • You won’t simply manage LinkedIn or Google Ads. You will own campaign outcomes from brief to launch to insight to optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end performance of paid campaigns across verticals and markets.
  • Translate Product Marketing positioning and value propositions into structured paid activation.
  • Define campaign goals aligned to MQL, opportunity creation, and influenced pipeline.
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps across targeting, creative, messaging, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure disciplined budget pacing and efficient capital allocation.

Paid Channel Execution

  • Lead hands-on execution across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMAX where relevant).
  • Structure campaigns for scalability, clarity, and performance transparency.
  • Refresh creative and campaign structures regularly to maintain testing velocity.
  • Manage and coordinate external agencies and partners where applicable.
  • Own reporting and insights across end-to-end performance campaigns (from media platform to landing page), generating actionable learnings and identifying key challenges and opportunities for Brand, Product Marketing and Field Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales to develop, test and optimise performance marketing campaigns, incorporating cross-functional input to drive pipeline.

Performance & Commercial Optimisation

  • Optimise campaigns toward commercial outcomes not just volume metrics.
  • Monitor performance across the full funnel: click → lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity.
  • Use multi-touch attribution insights (e.g., Dreamdata) to evaluate channel contribution and reallocate investment toward highest pipeline impact.
  • Identify and scale high-performing audience segments, value propositions, and campaign structures.
  • Provide clear recommendations based on data, not platform bias.

Measurement, Reporting & Automation

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution in collaboration with Data and CRM teams.
  • Maintain strong UTM governance and channel hygiene.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting on campaign performance and commercial impact.
  • Leverage automation and AI-supported workflows to accelerate testing, improve operational efficiency, and scale insight generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to deploy and pressure-test messaging in market.
  • Work with Brand to align creative direction and build strong feedback loops between performance and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve targeting precision and lead quality.
  • Contribute performance insights to GTM planning and investment decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing within B2B, SaaS, fintech, or complex commercial environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience supporting or executing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives is highly desirable
  • Experience operating within long sales cycles and multi-touch attribution environments.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Dreamdata, HubSpot attribution, or CRM reporting.
  • Proven ability to build structured experimentation roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign data to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.
  • Experience using automation and AI tools to enhance campaign testing and performance workflows.
