Responsibilities
- Meticulously prepare each case, gathering supporting evidence for financial hardship and liability, and presenting compelling arguments for hire recovery.
- Maximise case revenue by pursuing compensation for hire charges, repairs, and recovery and storage expenses.
- Ensure prompt and accurate compliance with court directions.
- Timely reporting of issues, challenges, and any breaches of compliance to appropriate management.
- Provide a standard of client care in alignment with SRA regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Law degree (or equivalent)
- Customer service experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Credit Hire experience
- Litigation experience
