Responsibilities
- Meticulously preparing each case, gathering supporting evidence for financial hardship and liability, and presenting compelling arguments for hire recovery.
- Maximising case revenue by pursuing compensation for hire charges, repairs, and recovery and storage expenses.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate compliance with court directions.
- Timely reporting of issues, challenges, and breaches of compliance to management.
- Providing client care in alignment with SRA regulations.

About You
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Law degree (or equivalent)
- Customer service experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Credit Hire experience
- Litigation experience
Working Hours
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne.
