Service: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Domestic Abuse Healing and Empowerment Counselling Service North Somerset
Location: North Somerset office based (Weston-super-Mare tbc.) with travel across the area
Hours: 14.8 hours per week (part-time). We offer flexible working arrangements.
Salary: £28,884 - £31,698 FTE per annum (£11,553.60 - £12,679.20 per annum for part-time, 14.8 hours per week)

Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate group-based provision for adult survivors of sexual violence, delivering trauma-informed groups both remote and in-person.
- Support a small group of volunteers to co-facilitate groups.
- Lead the promotion, delivery and evaluation of psycho-educational pre-therapy groups and post-therapy drop-in groups.
- Provide training for support staff/professionals focusing on early identification, appropriate referrals/signposting and links to other vulnerabilities such as chronic illness.
- Receive 3 hours per month of paid clinical supervision plus line management supervision.
- Work within a trauma-informed framework centred on healing, resilience, and empowerment of survivors.
Main Requirements
- Experienced facilitator.
- Ability to deliver trauma-informed groups.
- Knowledge of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
- Commitment to intersectional feminism and anti-oppressive practice.
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
