About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we support people through change, challenge or crisis. The Business Development Team (BDT) provides specialist support to achieve growth objectives. The Implementation and Social Value Manager will coordinate teams to implement newly awarded contracts and mergers, and drive the social value strategy across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate teams from across the organisation to successfully implement newly awarded contracts and mergers to high standards.
  • Support local teams through the transition stage.
  • Work closely with the Head of Implementation and Social Value to implement social value strategy and support projects to evidence their social value commitments.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience with commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrable experience overseeing the setup and exit of projects/services.
  • Excellent understanding of project components, dependencies, and risks.
  • Understanding of the social value framework in public procurement.
