Salary: £24,206.00 FTE per annum + additional allowance for Inner London or Homeworking
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

About the Job

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we support people through change, challenge or crisis. Having launched our new HR system (iTrent) last year, we are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to maintain the system and provide full administrative support to the HR team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the HR Operations Lead and HR Systems and Operations Manager with updating and maintaining the HR system (iTrent), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Being the first point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone and email.
  • Ensuring the HR Administration team’s regular processes are carried out within appropriate timescales.
  • Collating, administering and sharing relevant information for the monthly payroll process.
  • Drafting and issuing accurate HR correspondence relating to the entire employee lifecycle.

Main Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of administrative procedures requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competent using the full suite of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to write employment letters and contracts.
